Living the New Live Experience

KKLIVE is the pioneer event promoter, organizer, also owns a total solution in the LIVE business, such as “KKTIX” ticketing platform. The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 dealt a severe blow to the entertainment industry worldwide.

With touring around the world at a standstill, many artists and industry workers had no means to make ends meet. In the midst of the pandemic, KKLIVE brought together the best of technology and resources available throughout KKCompany, merging it together with its ticketing platform to launch “KKTIX Live, allowing event organizers and cultural performers an opportunity to deliver paid live performances amid pandemic restrictions”.

We have offered a one-stop service that allows fans to purchase tickets and consume online experiences without switching platforms.  Since the launch of “KKTIX Live” in 2020, KKTIX has also become the only platform providing a one-stop service that integrates ticket purchasing, online viewing and interaction. KKTIX Live created new opportunities for event organizers seeking audiences during a difficult time. For example, Gothic Musical’s “The Poe Family,” a performance staged in Aichi Prefecture, Japan was broadcast live in Taiwan and Hong Kong through KKTIX Live. Korean artist Cha Eun-woo, who captured the hearts of many in Asia for his role as “Lee Soo-Ho” in the comic-adapted drama True Beauty was unable to tour overseas with his group, ASTRO, due to the pandemic. He worked with KKTIX Live to hold an exclusive online fan meeting: “2021 Only 10 Minutes - Into You”.

Without the restriction of borders, time and location, KKTIX Live has changed the way the industry has viewed crisis, transforming existing business models and performance formats to cater to a post pandemic reality, allowing for hybrid live experience models to birth. It not only creates multiple revenue streams for the organizers with online ticketing, sponsorship, merchandise, and on-demand sales but also explores new possibilities of producing and delivering live performances, harnessing the most cutting edge of technology.
